A BILL to repeal section six, article twenty-seven, chapter eleven
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to the taxation of providers
of dental services.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section creating tax on providers of dental
services.
Section six, article twenty-seven, chapter eleven of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the provider tax
on dental services.
